Katherine Maureen Abbott was born in Yokosuka, Japan on March 20, 1978 in a military hospital. Ever since that day the world was blessed with an angel. Katie's moved to the United States when she was a baby and spent most of her growing years in San Diego. She is an only child of her family but she has a couple of step siblings. She attended La Jolla Country Day School and graduated in 1996. She attended San Diego State University and joined Sigma Kappa Sorority. She graduated with a double major in Biology and Psychology and now she has a job working as a website designer, we won't get into that!

Katie is an avid ice skater. She has been skating since she was walking and maybe even before that! She has a passion for it and she is magnificent to watch. She has been skating for 24 years, and currently she skates on a synchronized skating team team called Team del Sol.

Why I Love Katie

I love Katie because she is the only thing in life that makes me want to be a good person. I would never want Katie to think I was a bad guy. I go out of my way to do things for her that would be out of the question for other people. She encourages me see things that I have never seen, at all different angles. She is exciting but very predictable, which is good. When I think she is going to do something amazing it usually happens, and it is always something spectacular! What else can I say about Katie? She is my best friend, she was there from the beginning of my college years and she was there after it was all over. Why she waited that long I have no idea, but I thank God everyday that I am smothered by her love. I feel it everywhere I go, and I am sometimes overwhelmed by it. Every time I see her, I get the same butterflies in my stomach that I had when I very first met her. She is so beautiful with those bluish-greyish-greenish- hazelish eyes that seem to look deep inside your soul. And to tell you the truth, I am totally hypnotized by them. She is very caring and is never selfish (well, hardly ever!). Katie is my soul mate and I am going to enjoy the rest of my life with her!
