We had been wanting to get a puppy for quite a long time, and Mike decided that he wanted to find a boxer. Katie was looking on Helen Woodward Animal Center's website, and she saw an adorable litter of "Boxer Mix" puppies. As soon as Mike got off work, we hurried to go get one. There was one boy and 3 girls, and Mike liked the boy the best - he was friendly but very laid back and mellow - perfect for us! Since adopting him, we've tried to guess his ancestry, and we believe that he is a boxer-chow-pitbull-ridgeback-lab mix! He's a fantastic pup!
